​​​Over the course of 6 weeks, the student(s) will be learning, defining and implementing a number of art skills and concepts, all rolled up into fun and engaging projects. The art projects explored will assist with improving fine motor skills, critical thinking/problem solving skills and communication skills in a creative environment. Throughout this session, the students will create and work on up to 4 projects that will overlap throughout the 6 weeks. I will engage the students in discussions regarding color theory, elements of art, and principles of design. I will also guide through lessons on drawing, blending colors, proper brush usage for painting and creating 3D projects. Students will be creating and exploring the process of art and utilizing age appropriate multimedia supplies to create finished art pieces. The core of this session is to have fun while learning more about art!
